EMS

Electronic Manufacturing Suite

An assembly passes through six stations in your plant, from enquiry to post-calculation. Today an Excel file, an email or a paper traveller sits between every pair of them. PCBoffer puts a single model underneath: what the costing knows about the assembly, the planning knows too, and what the machine reports back lands in the costing again. Choose a module to go into detail.

Frequently asked questions

What is EMS software in electronics manufacturing?
EMS stands for electronics manufacturing services, the contract manufacturing of assembled printed circuit boards. EMS software supports that business end to end: importing and cleaning the bill of materials, pricing components, calculating what a board costs to build, planning production, and running the shop floor.
What is a digital twin in electronics manufacturing, and what does it change?
It is one model that carries a board from the CAD data through costing and scheduling down to the machine at the station. The product twin is built from the fabrication data, layer stack, copper weight, drill and via geometry, every placement from the pick-and-place file. The process twin maps that onto real work centers, so assembly time comes from geometry and machine parameters instead of a flat surcharge per component. Machine data flowing back from the shop floor corrects the model that produced the quote.
What does PCBoffer cost?
Prices are published. A free tier covers BOM upload, cleaning and a feasibility check. Starter is from 49 €/month, Growth is 599 €/month and is where manufacturing cost on your own machine park begins, Enterprise is from 1,499 €/month with multi-site, ERP integration and custom API.
